Peggy Steup

Peggy Beaman has a lifelong love of art. Now, after careers as a medical technologist, analytical chemist (MS, 1988) and fulltime mom, she is devoting herself to the craft. She has studied under a number of teachers, most notably her current mentor Laura Spector, and developed her own signature style in oil paintings. Be sure to watch for the animals in unusual sizes and/or locations. Peggy is a board member of the Lake Houston Area Artists and has won numerous awards in local and regional shows.
